THE OPPORTUNITY:
- Lead legal work for domestic and international corporate governance
- Collaborate with business executives and colleagues in legal, tax, HR, treasury, and finance departments
- Contribute to a growing corporate legal team
SKILLS YOU SHOULD HODL:
- 3+ years of dedicated corporate legal experience supporting boards and board governance
- 6+ years of overall relevant experience in corporate law, to include a blend of in-house and law firm
- Strong analytical, writing, and organizational skills
NICE TO HAVES:
- Experience with subsidiary governance, particularly across international or multi-jurisdictional structures
- Experience supporting subsidiaries in highly regulated industries — particularly banking, payments, crypto, or fintech — is a strong plus
