Primary Responsibilities:
- Coordinate end-to-end MLR review workflows for promotional, educational, and corporate materials.
- Manage review timelines, approvals, version control, and documentation within MLR systems.
- Facilitate MLR meetings, capture feedback, and drive alignment toward final approvals.
Qualifications and Key Success Factors:
- Deep knowledge of MLR operations with strong business judgment and systems thinking.
- Ability to influence across functions without direct authority.
- Proactive communication of risks, status updates, and timeline changes.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Annualized base salary range of $100,000 – $120,000 USD.
