Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute patient access and affordability workstreams, including copay support and program operations.
- Monitor post-launch operations and recommend refinements based on performance trends and stakeholder feedback.
- Manage day-to-day vendor activities and coordinate launch readiness across implementation checkpoints.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred.
- 7+ years of experience in patient services, hub operations, or related healthcare roles.
- Strong understanding of reimbursement processes, payer dynamics, and compliance requirements.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Salary range: $205,000 - $235,000 per year.
- Eligible for standard Company benefits including medical, dental, vision, time off, and 401(k).
- Participation in incentive plans based on performance.
