Talent Acquisition Partner

Epika Fleet Services is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Partner to join our team. You’ll be responsible for sourcing, engaging, and hiring Mobile Diesel Technicians and Mobile Trailer Technicians across multiple brands and regions. The right candidate has a minimum of 5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience specifically focused on skilled labor positions and has successfully operated in a remote environment. This position requires hands-on experience recruiting for skilled labor or trade roles. Candidates with experience only in corporate, IT, technical, or medical recruiting will not be considered. Candidates located in other regions will not be considered.
