Job Description
The Senior Business Analyst will develop a strong understanding of Salesforce roadmap, build relationships with business stakeholders, lead requirements interviews, and document detailed business requirements using Agile and Design Thinking methodologies. They will also work closely with the Business Systems Manager to understand technology strategy, identify gaps and risks, create business process maps, user stories, and lead QA activities from inception to deployment, including creating test scripts and managing the UAT process. The role requires 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst with at least 3 years focused on Salesforce, a strong understanding of QA processes, and experience working in DevOps and Agile Teams.
