Role Overview:
- Key member of the Business Development team focusing on M&A, partnerships, and strategic opportunities.
- Opportunity to build a new integration function from the ground up alongside senior leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage cross-functional M&A integration workstreams and develop project plans, timelines, and budgets.
- Lead diligence calls and oversee day-to-day project management of key deals.
- Create playbooks and support outreach campaigns to prospective provider organizations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or Healthcare Administration preferred.
- 6+ years of project management experience in a healthcare setting with PMP certification.
- Excellent top-management communication skills and experience with Monday.com.
Additional Information:
- Salary range is $135,000-$150,000 base pay plus annual bonus and restricted stock units.
