Internship Program:
- Participate in a 12-week summer program beginning June 8th, featuring structured learning plans, a dedicated buddy, and a capstone project presentation.
- Engage in regular remote intern events and opportunities to connect with the executive team through panels and Q&A sessions.
- Attend onsite orientation in Austin, Texas, with travel provided by the company.
Role Focus:
- Evaluate current workflows within CX, CS, and Support to identify friction points and opportunities for AI enablement.
- Analyze repeatable tasks to recommend improvements in efficiency and quality through AI-assisted solutions like prompts and templates.
- Document best practices for AI usage and operationalize them to help teams adopt AI more effectively in their daily work.
Candidate Profile:
- Strong interest in AI productivity and workflow design, with hands-on experience using tools like ChatGPT, Gemini, or Claude.
- Ability to simplify complex workflows and translate ideas into practical solutions that teams can adopt immediately.
- Must be enrolled in a college degree program and legally authorized to work in the United States.
