This position provides customer service support and resolution of routine problems and questions regarding client's products and/or services. As a remote Customer Service Rep – Healthcare, you’ll provide inbound customer support using a call flow guide, help customers resolve basic technical issues, and document information in databases.

Assist with the revenue recognition process, including perpetual, maintenance, subscription and services. Complete month-end procedures, such as general ledger closing and account reconciliations. Ensure revenue recognition complies with ASC 606. Analyze and forecast monthly/quarterly revenue performance. Work with sales, marketing, and finance to ensure accurate revenue reporting. Perform additional duties and special projects to support the finance department.
