Responsible for the successful implementation and optimisation of learning platforms. Lead and deliver key projects from end to end including defining planning, business requirements, and scoping. Build interfaces between Workday Learning and other platforms such as Udemy.

This position provides customer service support and resolution of routine problems and questions regarding client's products and/or services. As a remote Customer Service Rep – Healthcare, you’ll provide inbound customer support using a call flow guide, help customers resolve basic technical issues, and document information in databases.

Assist with the revenue recognition process, including perpetual, maintenance, subscription and services. Complete month-end procedures, such as general ledger closing and account reconciliations. Ensure revenue recognition complies with ASC 606. Analyze and forecast monthly/quarterly revenue performance. Work with sales, marketing, and finance to ensure accurate revenue reporting. Perform additional duties and special projects to support the finance department.
