You will be a part of the Customer Success team and will support the business operation including value creation, remediating issues or supporting renewals. You will onboard new customers and architect the platform for complex customer scenarios. You will monitor technical usage and address the customers’ technical questions, technical support and will ensure all the technical needs are met.
