As a Recordkeeping Operations Associate you'll support the day-to-day administration of our clients' 401(k) plans, ensuring transactions are completed accurately and on time. The Payroll Administrator will oversee end-to-end weekly and semi-monthly payroll processing, ensure accuracy and compliance, and support payroll system updates and transitions. This role is essential to maintaining smooth, reliable payroll operations during periods of high volume and rapid organizational growth.

As a member of the Contribution Trade Operations team, you will play a key role in supporting day-to-day operations at a rapidly scaling startup. Organized, detail-oriented, and adaptable, you will ensure accurate and timely payroll processing while helping to build and refine processes from the ground up. You will gain in-depth knowledge of various payroll systems and integrations to ensure contributions are processed correctly and on time. Your role will also involve troubleshooting integration issues, maintaining accurate records, and collaborating with internal teams to optimize processes and communicate trends and metrics.
