As a Controller at Swan Bitcoin, you will play a pivotal role in managing various aspects of financial operations and the financial close and reporting of our organization. We are seeking an SEC Reporting Accountant to join our Technical Accounting and SEC Reporting team where you will prepare and submit consolidated financial statements and SEC filings (Forms 6-K and 20-F) in a fast-paced payments fintech.

The Senior Accounting Associate will primarily focus on expense-related accounting functions and own critical workflows including vendor payments, procurement review, contract validation, and month-end close responsibilities. This role works closely with teams across Marketing, Legal, and Compliance, so strong collaboration and communication skills are essential. You’ll be instrumental in scaling our accounting operations to meet the demands of a growing, dynamic business.
