The Technical Accounting team at Robinhood plays a critical role in interpreting and applying complex accounting standards within a dynamic and rapidly evolving business environment. The Director of Technical Accounting will lead the company’s technical accounting function, ensuring compliance with US GAAP, and providing guidance on complex, high impact accounting matters. This role will also oversee strategic initiatives, including accounting policy development, M&A transactions, and process improvements.

We’re looking for an Assistant Controller to oversee Corporate Accounting, Consolidations and Order to Cash, including the monthly close process end-to-end. Reporting to the Controller, you will be responsible for hiring and developing team members, managing day-to-day accounting activities, and establishing new processes as well as improving existing processes to drive efficiency.
