Assist with quality assurance tasks as needed. The Language Services Specialist will run and interpret analysis reports and provide data-driven insights for content quality reviews. Participate in team meetings and collaborate with the client’s team. Review content in your native language (Spanish or German).

Perform skilled consecutive, first-person interpretation under direct supervision, following well-defined policies and procedures. Incumbents refer most issues to a supervisor. All employees are required to demonstrate reliable attendance, follow directions, and communicate effectively in English, both in person and by telephone. Continuously improve subject matter knowledge and maintain confidentiality in accordance with CyraCom policies.
