We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Executive Virtual Assistant based in Latin America to assist with administrative, scheduling, and CRM management tasks. The ideal candidate is bilingual (English and Spanish), tech-savvy, and experienced in supporting business operations remotely. This role is crucial to maintaining organized workflows and improving lead follow-up for the growing construction business.

Assist with quality assurance tasks as needed. The Language Services Specialist will run and interpret analysis reports and provide data-driven insights for content quality reviews. Participate in team meetings and collaborate with the client’s team. Review content in your native language (Spanish or German).

This role is required to fulfil our client compliance contract. The purpose of the role is to ensure that client partner advertising is assessed for compliance against marketing programme rules and guidelines, according to high standards of accuracy and turnaround times in line with client SLAs.

Enroll clients referred to Pomelo’s doula network by health plans, providers, and doulas. As a Referral Specialist, you will be responsible for documenting, enrolling, and matching referrals for doula care to doulas within the Pomelo Care doula network, as well as educating clients on the benefits of doula care. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, an eye for detail, and the ability to establish rapport with clients.
