Responsible to manage a group of associates and the day to day activities of the team that supports the Portfolio Administration Service Line; oversee day to day activities at the client level, and be the first point of escalation for any questions or concerns from the client or senior leadership.

The SAM Administrator will work within our SAM (Software Asset Management) team, currently dedicated to supporting our client. The role will focus on providing day to day administrative assistance to the SAM Team Analysts. Monitoring group email inbox for license, Maintenance and Support evidence and assisting with the license/maintenance and support renewals process.
