Support the community companion service by developing and implementing operational plans, building community relationships, and managing service delivery. Work with Talent Acquisition to recruit and support volunteers, deliver training, manage resources, and ensure adherence to policies and safeguarding measures. The role requires travel to work with local services and volunteer organizations.
