Support a new medical practice by handling patient intake, accurate EHR documentation , and insurer/adjuster communications. Manage inbox triage, create and track follow-ups, and (if applicable) serve as first-line call handler via VOIP (e.g., RingCentral). The role begins part-time with flexible daily allocation (still within US business hours) and scales as patient volume grows. Strict HIPAA/PHI handling and BAA execution required.
