The Loan Officer Assistant is a pivotal role that provides administrative and marketing support to the busy Loan Officer, helps them grow their business, and assists in making the borrower’s dream of homeownership a reality. Position reports to our downtown Chicago office however work from home opportunities are available.

Communicate with clients about the mortgage approval process, qualifications, and programs. Coordinate with our team to complete loan files. Manage a client database to generate applications— no cold calling required. Attend weekly team trainings and participate in a variety of industry education sessions.
