This role involves leading the strategic and scalable customer story programs. The Director includes managing the Qualification program, who develop relationships with Sales to generate a pipeline of customer stories. They will lead the global customer story program as an ‘Editor in Chief,” overseeing customer story content delivered for brand, platform, solutions and product.
