The Business Systems Analyst and NetSuite/Coupa Administrator will be responsible for working with Intelerad’s Finance teams to optimize and drive improvements to Intelerad’s financial processes and systems, while taking a hands-on approach to maintaining and enhancing our NetSuite and Coupa Procurement platforms and their associated ecosystem. In this role, you will take a lead role in defining the strategic roadmap for that ecosystem, executing on that roadmap, and acting as the main point of contact to aid our internal users in the ongoing administration, enhancement and support of the NetSuite and Coupa platforms.

The Revenue Operations Manager will serve as the operational backbone of our fast-growing sales team. You’ll be the go-to person for building systems, streamlining workflows, and creating the infrastructure that helps our team move faster and smarter. You’ll work closely with leadership to turn strategy into structure — integrating platforms like NetSuite, Zapier, and Apollo, building dashboards, automating tasks, and keeping the engine running smoothly.
