Responsibilities:

  • Own end-to-end hiring pipelines and candidate experience across global markets, ensuring smooth communication and process efficiency.
  • Source talent through multiple channels, manage external recruitment partners, and maintain data integrity in the ATS.
  • Provide clear recruitment analytics and reporting to identify trends and support data-driven improvements.

Onboarding & Operations:

  • Coordinate the full onboarding journey from offer acceptance through the first 90 days, handling documentation and systems access.
  • Act as the primary contact for new hires and continuously improve the 30/60/90-day integration plans.
  • Administer health insurance across African markets and support HR tools like HiBob and CultureAmp.

Culture & Support:

  • Plan logistics for company-wide gatherings, team offsites, and quarterly virtual social events.
  • Strengthen remote-first practices and contribute to building a positive, values-driven work environment.
  • Support internal trainings and initiatives to foster a high-performing team culture.
