ServiceNow is looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join as a Go-to-Market (GTM) Operations Analyst. In this critical role, you will serve as a business analyst across the end-to-end go-to-market flow, connecting strategy to execution by defining requirements, diagnosing complex processes, and removing friction that slows delivery. You’ll play a key role in transforming how Marketing plans, activates, and measures by simplifying workflows, reducing duplication, and enabling scale. You will partner with stakeholders across Marketing, Digital Technology, and Analytics to identify where processes or systems break down, translate those challenges into actionable business requirements, and ensure that solutions accelerate speed-to-market without compromising governance or accuracy.
