• Provide care navigation support for patients, helping them find providers and connect with care or social services.
• Monitor the member support phone line and address patient inquiries.
• Manage patient scheduling, including prioritization, reminders, and provider schedule optimization.

Play a key role across the full business development lifecycle with a primary focus on supporting U.S. Special Operations Command (SOCOM) and related mission partners. Actively identify and qualify new Federal opportunities, particularly within SOCOM’s operational landscape, while building and nurturing strategic relationships with government and industry stakeholders across the special operations community. This is a remote role with occasional travel.

Serve as a technical leader, driving backend system design, influencing engineering best practices, and solving complex problems that have broad impact across the organization. Design, develop, and maintain back-end services and APIs using Golang, python and LLM frameworks. Implement and integrate RESTful APIs and GraphQL for communication between front-end and back-end systems.
