Banyan is seeking a commercially driven and technically fluent Director of Payments to define and scale our payments strategy across a diverse portfolio of North American software businesses. This high-impact role combines strategic leadership with hands-on execution to expand revenue, optimize economics, and strengthen enterprise value across our portfolio. As the company’s central payments leader, you will shape our approach to embedded payments and fintech enablement.

Lead the credit strategy for existing Flex customers, building a range of strategies as the portfolio grows. Design monitoring capabilities to understand performance, partner with stakeholders including Capital and Finance, and oversee development of NPV models. Promote proactive analysis and ensure credit capabilities are in place to scale safely.
