As a Senior Learning Consultant, you will work with large K12 institutions as part of our Strategic Services Consulting team. You will help customers to manage change and to deepen and elevate their use of Instructure products to meet pedagogical goals across their organization by offering strategic planning, customized consultation, applicable resource development, pedagogical expertise, and hands-on targeted coaching.

This role will focus on building and executing education programs that drive success for both ControlUp customers and partners. The Director will play a critical role in shaping and scaling these programs, ensuring alignment with the company’s growth and revenue objectives. They will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to create an education strategy that drives product adoption, customer satisfaction, and partner success, ultimately helping to build a scalable and impactful education framework.

Design and deliver high-impact training programs using adult learning principles to ensure learners navigate the HHAeXchange platform successfully. Maintain a strong understanding of products, services, and the home care industry, while working closely with cross-functional teams to stay aligned to product updates and training priorities.
