The Training Event Facilitator will play a critical role in coordinating and supporting global and regional events for SonicWall’s employees, partners, and customers. This position ensures the seamless execution of training events, contributing to the overall success of the company's enablement initiatives. Tasks include defining event scope, managing the event calendar, facilitating virtual events, developing supporting materials, tracking event performance, and providing administrative support.

Manage a caseload of over 1,000 alumni by leveraging nudge texting, calls, and in-person/virtual meetings to provide individualized support. Collaborate with the NERA and broader KIPP Forward teams to implement a robust re-enrollment strategy that supports alumni who have stopped out of their postsecondary programs.
