The Product Trainer at Lumin Digital is responsible for creating and delivering high-quality training programs that enable financial institutions to fully adopt and succeed with Lumin’s digital banking platform. This role designs curriculum, delivers virtual and in-person training, and collaborates across Product, Implementation, and Client Success teams to ensure a seamless learning experience for clients.
Deliver engaging learning experiences with audience-engagement methods in a virtual environment, with potential on-site travel. Proactively maintain and strengthen training delivery expertise and technical product knowledge. Serve as an ambassador for training services, collaborating with Veeva subject matter experts and stakeholders. Refine and maintain the training program and support Veeva’s business goals to improve learner experience overall.
