The Senior Technical Trainer delivers high-quality training programs for customers and internal teams on restaurant technology solutions. This role designs curriculum, develops certification paths, and facilitates engaging live and virtual training experiences, working cross-departmentally with product managers, developers, and support teams.

This role is a critical part of our new Talent & Inclusion team, focusing on building an inclusive and diverse Informa. As an Academy Facilitator, you'll deliver engaging learning experiences, co-design content, and support continuous improvement. You will facilitate learning, coach participants, and promote a culture of learning through AI-powered ecosystem.

As a Customer Training Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in educating our customers on the QuartzBio Precision Medicine AI Agent Platform. You'll design and deliver dynamic training materials, conduct interactive virtual sessions, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure our training aligns with business objectives and industry best practices.

We are looking for a dedicated Trainer & Assessor to support learners on their journey in our Certificate IV in Community Services program. You’ll play a key role in helping students succeed by guiding them through course content, running weekly live Q&A sessions, and providing 1:1 support. You will also assess their work and share your industry expertise to keep our learning materials relevant and engaging.

As a Technical Trainer at Wiz, you will report to the Sr. Manager & work alongside a team of Wizards that focus on driving learning and enablement to Wiz’s customers, partners, and employees. As a Technical Trainer, you will be responsible for driving enablement and product adoption by conducting hands-on training courses, supporting their implementation with topic-specific workshops and helping overcome technical challenges.

This is a temporary role anticipated to last for 9 months. This role will support the delivery of training programs that advance Trevor’s mission and public education efforts. This role assists in preparing for and facilitating virtual and in-person trainings, maintains and updates training materials, and supports operational tasks such as organizing inquiries and coordinating logistics.

Play a critical role in helping students understand technical content, stay engaged, and build confidence. Responsibilities include supporting and mentoring students, attending lectures, leading discussion sections, holding office hours, grading assignments, and communicating proactively.
