Work closely with the Director of Education & Training on a large-scale curriculum revamp project, focusing on supporting content development across multiple formats—student content, instructor ancillaries, and presentation assets. Responsibilities include creating PowerPoint decks, instructor resource manuals, reflection questions, assessments, and well-designed layout templates, transforming raw or draft content into clear, engaging, learner-centered materials.

The Learning Content Specialist is responsible for supporting the development and implementation of learning programs and deliverables according to department policies and procedures. Upon onboarding and completing required certifications, the Learning Content Specialist will collaborate within the team and with subject matter experts (SMEs) to develop or update learning content, and partner with content developers, LMS administrators, and Implementation Administrators to implement training content.

As the Learning & Development Program Manager for science, you’ll lead the charge in designing, building, and delivering exceptional learning experiences for the organization, acting as the bridge between educators, product innovators, and the teams who bring science to life. You will transform complex ideas into clear, impactful training and resources that empower educator-facing teams, ensuring they understand how and why our science products matter.

Contribute to the creation of K-12 assessments, leveraging your subject matter expertise to execute on blueprints to create high-quality assessment content. Use and contribute to improvements in our content and item management systems, ensuring alignment of items with standards and  item development best practices. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, innovate with new item types made possible by AI technologies, and participate in ideation and review processes.

Curate and produce high-quality science, technology, engineering, and math articles, images, and videos for Newsela. You will curate, edit, and occasionally author student- and teacher-facing STEM content; coordinate freelance writers and editors; and ensure every asset meets our standards for engagement, instructional value, accuracy, and accessibility. You’ll collaborate closely with STEM learning designers, editors, product managers, and software engineers.

The Senior Curriculum Manager leads content development initiatives, manages curriculum projects, and provides advanced instructional support across Boston Institute of Finance (BIF) educational programs. This role bridges operational curriculum management with strategic planning, requiring both hands-on expertise and leadership capabilities while reporting to the Sr. Director of Curriculum and Instruction.
