The e-Learning Curriculum Developer reports directly to the Curriculum Development Manager and is responsible for originating and maintaining quality course material, both in written and audio-visual formats. This position will develop product expertise and training engagements which will focus on knowledge transfer and providing the highest quality learning experience to audiences of varying sizes.

The Contract Instructional Designer collaborates with colleagues to create effective and impactful solutions to customer needs while supporting student learning.

Plays a crucial role in developing, improving, and delivering high-quality educational products for both asynchronous and synchronous learners. Requires effective collaboration with instructional designers, writers, course developers, regulatory staff, and external customers. Combines strategic oversight, innovative design, and operational management.

Oversees cross-functional curriculum design and implementation projects that power Kiddom’s next generation of K–12 digital learning experiences, bridging content development, instructional design, and project management to ensure every learning solution meets high standards for academic rigor, accessibility, and user experience.

Develop high-quality, engaging online learning content across Stepful’s healthcare programs. Prepare questions for assessments throughout the course, ensuring alignment to certification standards. Adhere to project timelines, communicate via Zoom, Slack, and project management tools, and maintain quality control processes. Experiment with new content modalities to enhance student learning.
