As a Customer Success Manager (CSM) you will drive adoption and demonstrate ongoing value for the Halcyon customers. You will be responsible for the coordination of all Customer Success activities: onboarding, adoption, and retention to secure the expansion of the Halcyon footprint in the customer environment. Halcyon Customer Success supports the customers in their journey creating value out of their Halcyon investment to help them achieve their goals.

As a key role on the Customer Success Team, you will support our clients in their digital training strategy through the 360Learning platform. You will lead the setup and support for clients across our UK and German markets during the launch of their new collaborative learning software. Your main goals will be to ensure the renewal of contracts and the business impact of our solution is in line with the client’s business objectives.

As a VSOC Analyst, you will join an embedded role for a virtual 24/7 security operations center (VSOC). Using the latest industry technologies and practices, you will identify, analyze, and advise on adverse conditions and threats that could affect the safety, security, and operational continuity of the client and its users. You will engage directly with the client to provide immediate support, consulting, and assistance with trust and safety issues.

As Expert Customer Delivery Manager for hyperscalers (Amazon Web Services, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud), you will be responsible for the successful implementation of customer projects according to the standard offering modules in the area of hyperscalers. You will work closely with customers to analyze their requirements to find the best fitting offering from our portfolio. Your key responsibilities also include Managing customer setup in our SAP systems.

Deliver Level 1 support via phone, email, and ticketing for clinical systems and processes. Troubleshoot and resolve common issues; escalate complex cases when needed. Manage user accounts and access across multiple platforms. Ensure timely, accurate case handling and maintain high service standards. Act as a subject matter expert for specific clinical systems, supporting critical vaccine-related operations.

You will also be working in Intercom covering phone, messaging, social channels and email.
