As a Customer Success Specialist, you'll work with underserved accounts, building client relationships and identifying growth opportunities. The role requires strong communication and analytical skills to drive results and ensure client success by reaching out to customers, monitoring accounts, and driving portfolio revenue growth.

Serve as the product expert and mental health advocate, developing relationships and demonstrating the value in the mental health solution. Own the customer lifecycle from implementations to contract renewals. Create and present business reviews with data-based recommendations to senior HR executives. Work cross-functionally to provide customer feedback.
