As a Senior Customer Success Engineer, you will be the Rasa expert that our Enterprise customers will collaborate with as their trusted partner to accelerate their adoption of Rasaβs solutions with project deliverables throughout the term of the residency. As part of Rasaβs customer success engineering team, you will collaborate with multiple customers to ensure successful adoption and satisfaction with Rasa products. You will provide technical guidance and strategic advice to help customers optimize their AI assistants, with a focus on best practices and long-term success.
