The Personalized Support Engineer (PSE) is a member of the Global Personalized support team supporting top tier customers, handling a variety of Twilio products while collaborating with Technical Account Managers (TAMs). This role provides 24x7x365 coverage and requires working in shifts, including APAC and EMEA hours. The PSE addresses customer issues, provides feedback to Product and Engineering teams, and collaborates with internal teams to resolve problems.
