The IAM Principal Consultant, SailPoint, is responsible for designing and leading the technical deployments of IAM solutions at Cyderes. They work as technical leads on customer projects and programs, advising on best practice for implementation and technical excellence. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to share their expertise with customers acting as a trusted advisor for topics within the IAM domain.

In this role as IAM Application Onboarding Lead, you’ll be a key contributor to the IAM Program—driving process improvements, identifying risks and opportunities, and ensuring secure, compliant access across our environment. You’ll collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to onboard applications, enhance procedures, and promote a security-first mindset.

As a Senior IAM Consultant, you will be responsible for the technical deployments of IAM solutions at Cyderes, working directly with the Engagement Lead and Project Manager to deliver outstanding solutions and maintain a high-quality of work. They possess expertise in SailPoint and will focus on delivering and optimizing its capabilities.

Oversee the implementation of SailPoint projects including design, implementation and resource oversight, project problem solving and internal status reporting. Manage SailPoint resource training including certifications. Assist with presale and SOW development and help get new resources applied to existing projects and SailPoint training materials. Lead technical architecture and security design discussions with developers and infrastructure team.
