We’re seeking a Senior Data Analytics Engineer for our Data Commercial team. The Data team is both a support function and strategic partner at Fullscript and will continue to be a key area of business value going forward. Data is used to drive effective decision-making and growth through opportunity analysis, experiment design and iteration, and building dynamic experiences for our customers.

We’re seeking a talented and motivated full-time Data Analyst to join our team. We’re looking for a key member of the team to own Data and Analytics to power the rest of the company and contribute to our data culture. You will play a pivotal role in transforming data into actionable insights that drive key business decisions and product strategies.

Architect, build and optimize systems that power our customer-facing analytics product. You’ll start as an individual contributor, but with a clear path to becoming an Engineering Manager within 12–18 months. Work with a collaborative, pragmatic team of data engineers and ML engineers to solve hard technical problems with real-world impact, powering tools used daily by thousands of crypto investors, builders, and institutions.

As Data Architect, you’ll lead the design and implementation of our data layer that powers client-facing reports, manage a team of Analytics Engineers, define processes, and establish data governance standards that ensure quality and trust at scale. This role bridges strategy and execution: you’ll define the big picture for how we structure and deliver data, and work with a team to make it real.

You will lead a team of analysts and data scientists partnering with Measurement Strategy and Product Science leaders to scale the delivery and interpretation of experiment results and insights from our cutting-edge science platform. Your team’s work will be critical to meeting growing customer demand with clarity, speed, and reliability. As a trusted leader, you will ensure customers understand and gain value from our scientific outputs, driving confidence and long-term adoption.

Evolve our foundational data infrastructure to primarily support our finance department. You will own the analytics infrastructure for these products end-to-end -- from data ingestion, to reporting, to activation -- ensuring high data quality and availability for our data sets. Work with the business, engineering, and analytics teams to lay the foundation for effective reporting and analysis needed to scale up these ventures.

As an Analytics Engineer, you will be joining JobTeaser’s Analytics team, and will report to the Lead Data person. You will build data models by collecting needs for data transformations, defining sources of truth for metrics and dimensions, implementing data models in dbt. You will also govern the data model, keeping overall consistency, defining policies and standards for data management, and ensuring data quality and reliability.
