HappyCo is seeking a Customer Launch Engineer to provide expert frontline support for our customers during product launch and beyond. In this role, you will develop automations to manual steps within our launch flow, debug and resolve technical issues, collaborate with internal teams to improve processes, and help customers integrate with HappyCo’s services.

As a Developer Relations Intern, you will create developer education materials and tooling for external developers by writing tutorials to help external developers understand BigID APIs and create code samples and starter code for common API tasks.
