As a dynamic manager, you will develop and enhance SonderMind’s payor relationships nationwide. You will lead negotiations with payors and health plans and develop contract negotiation strategies that align with the financial objectives of SonderMind. You will also investigate payor market dynamics to enhance partnerships with payors.

The Appeals Coordinator is responsible for gathering information, writing, and submitting appeals to insurance companies, making follow-up calls, and maintaining documentation. They use clinical criteria and documentation to develop appeal arguments and collaborate with other departments to impact clinical and financial outcomes.
