We’re looking for a strategic and hands-on Head of People to lead our global People function and help us scale sustainably. This is an executive leadership position reporting directly to the COO and sitting on Scarpel’s global leadership team. The role requires a leader who can combine strategic vision with practical execution, navigating complex, multi-jurisdictional environments while fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and growth.
