This role supports NASA’s workforce experience activities for students grades K-16+ with a STEM focus. The Specialist will serve as the main point of contact for the internship program for Stennis Space Center (SSC) and Armstrong Flight Research Center (AFRC), initiating and administering all aspects of the program. The role will be primarily supported remotely.

The Credentialing Specialist will complete provider credentialing and recredentialing applications, assist with provider enrollment with payers, and maintain accurate data for all providers. They will also develop the internal credentialing program, processes, and procedures in collaboration with leadership.

Provide administrative support for the recruitment process, ensuring smooth hiring workflows, conduct interviews, and assist with virtual onboarding. Collaborate closely with the recruiting team to provide candidate feedback and answer process-related inquiries. Assist with data reporting on hiring efforts, tracking recruitment metrics and trends. Identify opportunities for process improvement.

The People Operations Coordinator plays a key role in supporting the employee experience and ensuring smooth People Operations processes. This role is responsible for assisting with onboarding, employee engagement initiatives, HR administration, and compliance while also providing support to the administrative team for company events.
