Drive Dynamics CRM implementations through all project phases. Serve as clients' main point of contact, manage issues/risks, & ensure on-time/on-budget delivery that meets client needs. Identify sales, marketing & customer service requirements. Design and lead the system architecture process, in partnership with the Development Team, to create and define specifications. Conduct end-user training and create knowledge transfer documentation. Develop and refine CRM implementation standards and tools.
