As a Senior Technical Consultant, you will lead hands-on implementations of ServiceNow solutions across ITSM, ITOM, CSM, HRSD or FSM modules, translating complex business needs into scalable platform solutions while applying deep industry knowledge to tailor workflows and integrations. You'll deliver hands-on configuration, customization, and integration of ServiceNow modules and lead technical workshops and design sessions with clients across industries such as retail, telecom, and logistics.
