The Interface Analyst I assists in the analysis, design, development, support and maintenance of clinical and operational system interfaces across a hybrid healthcare environment. This role involves supporting platforms like Cerner Open Engine, Epic Bridges, and Infor Cloverleaf to ensure seamless data exchange and system reliability. Serving as a bridge between technical teams, application owners, and vendors, the role ensures integration solutions meet organizational goals and healthcare interoperability standards.

Serve as the point of contact for customer inquiries via cases or phone channels. Troubleshoot configuration, workflow, scripting, integration, and performance issues. Replicate reported issues in controlled environments and perform test validation to confirm behaviors. Document detailed reproduction steps, troubleshooting actions, and resolutions in Salesforce. Collaborate with Backline Engineers, Product Management, and Cloud Operations to escalate complex defects.
