We are seeking a skilled Privacy Compliance Lead to provide subject matter expertise in privacy law and Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) practices in support of the Department of Commerce’s International Trade Administration (ITA). This role is critical in ensuring privacy-related compliance with the Privacy Act of 1974, processing of FOIA and Privacy Act (PA) requests, and liaison activities with the Department’s Chief Privacy Office.
