The Product Compliance team offers regulatory assistance and recommendations for new product efforts across Binance Global. You'll play a crucial part in the new product lifecycle, providing end-to-end compliance control coverage for business unit product launches and implementing country product restrictions. Responsibilities include generating compliance plans, working with Compliance SMEs, reviewing regulatory changes, and analyzing their impact on product offerings.

Implement the internal control framework across Keyrock Group and act as MLRO for the French based entity. Develop and implement compliance policies, conduct risk assessments, and ensure effective communication of policies to employees. Oversee Keyrock UK compliance with AML obligations and serve as a subject matter expert on AML/CTF matters.

As a Junior Legal Counsel, you will support our global fintech and payments legal team, helping to navigate the complex regulatory landscape of financial services. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, providing legal guidance on regulatory compliance, licensing, and product development while contributing to the development of scalable legal and compliance processes.
