Aledade is looking for a senior commercial contracts paralegal to join our legal team! The senior commercial contracts paralegal will work directly with our attorneys and business partners to help with all aspects of Aledade’s business.  This individual must have prior paralegal and contracts management experience, be extremely organized, detail oriented, work well in a team environment and be excited to take on new responsibilities.

Legal Ops Reviewers help ensure that the demand letters we deliver to our clients are accurate, effective, and high quality. Reviewers check that demand letters drafted by our associates adhere to drafting standards. This is an opportunity for someone who enjoys editing, working in a fast-paced environment, and has strong critical thinking and attention to detail skills.

The Legal team seeks an intern to aid in tagging contract fields, research new laws and regulations affecting DrFirst, and collaborate with attorneys to update templates with consistent provisions in key areas such as billing, taxes, data usage, and privacy. This is a full-time position that will span over the course of 10 weeks, starting June 2nd, 2024 and ending August 8th.
