As Dropbox’s EMEA Product & Privacy Counsel, you’ll have a broad range of responsibilities and will have the opportunity to help counsel our product teams and privacy program. We're looking for someone to work closely with our product, compliance, and infrastructure teams to ensure Dropbox continues to be an industry leader in protecting user data, implementing privacy by design, and using AI and machine learning technology responsibly.
Drive legal strategy at the heart of customer and product experiences as a junior Lawyer providing expert counsel across trade agreements, competition and consumer law, and strategic brand initiatives. This full-time position will focus on Endeavour Group's trade agreements, ACCC clearances, marketing/pricing advice, and offer opportunities to contribute to privacy, brand, loyalty, and digital initiatives.
Lead the team of commercial lawyers to achieve team goals and support Mambu’s vision. Provide legal advice to the business on a wide range of commercial matters, including legal assessments of GTM strategies and new market entries. Negotiate and draft complex commercial agreements, including master services agreements with customers, partnership agreements and vendor agreements. Manage legal aspects of disputes and actual or potential litigation proceedings.
