NetBox Labs is seeking an experienced Senior Counsel to join their growing legal team and support the company’s commercial operations while contributing meaningfully to broader corporate legal initiatives. You’ll partner closely with various teams to manage commercial legal matters and have opportunities to shape legal approaches across employment law, intellectual property, corporate governance, equity, fundraising, and M&A.

Deliver value to paying customers through effective and speedy onboarding, while being the voice of the customer internally. Own the onboarding of fast-growing companies from end to end, and deliver effective, speedy and thoughtful customer projects. Serve as a technical expert — providing support to Customer Success and Sales teams.

Drive commercial contracting by reviewing, drafting, and negotiating various agreements. Partner on data, privacy, and AI, providing legal advice on GDPR and other frameworks. Scale legal as a business enabler, improving legal templates and training materials. You'll be the first legal hire alongside our new Head of Legal.
