As a Marketplace Ride Operations team member, you'll connect those needing extra support to caregivers on wheels in a remote setting. You will proactively match rides, maintain high ride claim rates, and identify opportunities for process improvement. Success requires teamwork, excellent customer service, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.

Manage small and mid-sized inbound and outbound servicing transfer projects. Act as primary point of contact for clients and new/current servicers regarding servicing transfer projects. Maintain project plans, action items, and deliverables. Facilitate meetings and track issues/risks, providing consistent status updates for all events.
