The Growth Operations Specialist plays a critical role in driving pipeline creation and go-to-market efficiency across our Growth team. This role is responsible for helping to build and maintain the marketing operations infrastructure that powers demand generation, lead lifecycle management, and channel partner/referral enablement. You will collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Industry Relations, and Sales to execute campaign workflows, optimize top-of-funnel lead flows, and ensure clean, actionable data flows through HubSpot.
